Report it within 48 hours of delivery: sign in, open the order in Your account and choose Report a problem with this order, with at least two photos of the plant and its packaging. We look at every report, and we may ask for the plant to come back first, at our cost. If we uphold the report, the outcome is a replacement where a comparable plant is available, or a refund. You also have the ECTA seven-day cooling-off right on any online order; if you return a plant because you changed your mind, the courier cost of sending it back is yours.
